1. You are securing a product from Adulttoymegastore and will receive your preorder product once they are in stock.
2. The estimated time of delivery for every individual preorder product can be found on the Product Page.
3. Our standard payment methods can be used to preorder, including buy now, pay later schemes Afterpay, LayBuy, Zip and Klarna, as applicable in each country.
4. You can use coupons or promotional discount codes on preorder items.
5. If you order preorder products in conjunction with other in-stock products, Adulttoymegastore will ship the in-stock products immediately and the preordered product will be delivered separately, once this has arrived in stock.

What you need to know about preorder shipping:

• If you purchase a mixed order with both preorder and immediate delivery items, all shipping options are applicable for you, but only apply to your initial immediate delivery items that are already in stock.
• If your order consists of ONLY preorder items then

• shipping upgrades are not available.
• you can use signature required options if you wish.
• you can also opt-in for our Carbon Neutral Shipping.

• If you order multiple pre-order items with different estimated dispatch dates, we will continue to hold your order until all your preorder items can be sent to you.
• Adulttoymegastore aims to deliver the preorder items within the timeframe stated, but exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. You will receive email notifications with estimated delivery details once your preordered items have been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Adulttoymegastore is not liable for any delays caused by couriers or Covid-19 restrictions.

What you need to know about preorder cancellations:

• You can cancel your preordered items if it hasn’t already been dispatched from Adulttoymegastore’s warehouse.
• If you purchase a mixed order and subsequently cancel your preordered product, no shipping will be refunded.

What you need to know about preorder loyalty:

• Preorder items are not eligible to acquire loyalty dollars.
