When it is on the suction is incredibly powerful which I like. The difficult part is getting the suction cups to sit right, hold them in place and tun the pump on on your own (I enjoy a bit of self play occasionally) as both suction cups need to be pressed and held against the breast for the vacuum to work.

My only (hopefully constructive) critisism of the web site is that many products have descriptions that lack important details relating to material of the toys and their dimensions.
