The silicon is stretchy but firm. So after it is stretched enough to insert one's bits, it feels firm and secure. The silicon is surprisingly soft to the touch and it does not generate drag with hairy bits. It is quite confortable to wear for extended period of time and sit in an office chair. Its shortcoming is its shortness. The solid part, which contains the switch and the vibrating motor should be another 2.5 cm (1 inch) longer, one to better stimulate the taint, but also shift the center of the vibrations. At this size, the vibrations are mostly concentrated between my scrotum and taint, but the vibrator is pointed away from my scrotum, so it feels like it should be stimulating elsewhere.
Also, FYI, the control button needs to be pressed twice with a pause between each press. Once to wakeup/activate the vibrator, and second to actually turn on the vibrations and cycle through them. So, the first time you turn it on and nothing happens, it is because you only turned on the power.
